I am thrilled with the response we have received through this new location. We are already processing several loans which began as a result of our presence in the Aventura Mall and we continue to meet several new prospects every single day. Expert Group realizes on average, between $4000-6000 per loan that we close. But because the average potential home buyer that frequents this mall typically purchases a home above $300K, we realize closer to the $6,000 figure per loan that we close.

When you need the best loan possible, you will one day go to one of the hundreds of Expert Group branches located across the United States. Friends, I truly believe that our business can offer people the best loans possible for their respective situations.

I want to assure our investors that even though our vision is nationwide, we are growing responsibly, one significant step at a time. We will not move forward with opening up additional locations until the money is in the bank to do so.
