In order to make sure your loan approval process goes fast and smooth please have ready at the time of your loan application the documents listed below.

For All Borrowers

  • Your employment history for the last two years including date of employment, address, phone number and salary.
  • Your residence history for the last 2 years.
  • Your most recent month’s worth of pay stubs.
  • Copies of your W2 and/or 1099s from the past 2 years.
  • Copies of your complete tax returns for the past 2 years.
  • Complete bank statements for all your accounts from the past 2 months.
  • All Stocks, Investments and Retirement accounts statements from the past 2 months.

For a Purchase Transaction
all documents listed along with the following:

  • A copy of the fully executed sales contract.
  • A copy of the buyers earnest money deposit check.

For a Refinance Transaction:
all the documents listed above along with the following:

  • A copy of any prior title insurance policies.
  • A copy of your deed.
  • A copy of your current lender statement.
